PC Scientist · Greta Region
Out in the Greta Region, a computer that dies on a Wednesday can leave you wondering who to even call. Maybe the home office PC has slowed to a crawl, or emails on the phone no longer line up with the laptop. Guesswork only wastes the week.
We cover Greta alongside Branxton and the wider Maitland area, with the cost explained first. Book a visit, or call 0493 563 381 and describe what you are seeing.

FAQ
We start with drive health, memory use, startup programs and any unwanted software. An old spinning hard drive is the most common cause, and moving to a solid-state drive often makes a tired PC feel new again. If replacement is the smarter spend, we say so plainly. Either way, the amount is locked in with you before any work begins.
Both are possible. Email, software and account trouble often starts with a remote session, which saves waiting for a visit. Wi-Fi coverage, hardware faults and new equipment usually need someone onsite. On the first call we listen to what is happening and suggest the sensible option. If you would rather not let anyone connect remotely, a visit is fine.
Not too small at all. Getting email working on a new phone, linking a printer or finding a missing file are jobs we handle every week. We sort them properly, check they still work after a restart, and leave a short note on what changed. Several small tasks can be grouped into one visit to keep things tidy.
Families, retirees, people working from home and small businesses without their own IT person. We also travel to neighbouring spots such as Rutherford and East Maitland. What we are not built for is a large enterprise wanting staff on call around the clock. For everyone else, ongoing support can be arranged so you deal with someone who knows your setup.
We ask a few questions, then give you the price before any labour or parts are committed. Nothing is added that you did not approve. Online booking suits a Professional Assessment or Standard Onsite Fix where it is advertised. If the problem is unusual or you are unsure which option fits, a phone call first is the better start.
