We check the driver, the cable or wireless link and the scanning app, and only open up the hardware question if those are fine. Either way, you hear the price and agree to it before we start.
Both. Plenty of everyday problems can be looked at over a screen share first, which saves waiting for a visit. If that does not settle it, or the issue involves hardware or patchy coverage, we book a time to come out. Same-day timing is sometimes possible, and we will tell you honestly if the diary is already full.
Yes. Lost files, email on a new phone and a screen full of pop-ups are normal requests from busy households and small teams. Each one is worth doing properly so it does not come back. If you would like to handle the simpler ones next time, we can show you the steps while we work.
They do. Small teams without an IT person are a good fit, and so are families juggling school, work and home devices. We cover the Metford Region along with East Maitland and Ashtonfield.
