After that we make sure invoicing, email and backups run reliably, and that the phone and PC share files properly. If a part is close to failing, we show you and give the cost. Nothing proceeds until you have agreed the price.
Not always. Sign-in trouble, email that has stopped syncing and software faults can often be handled remotely while you watch. Cabling, printers, coverage across several rooms and anything needing hands on the hardware are better done in person. If you would rather not allow remote access at all, that is perfectly fine - we will arrange a visit instead.
They are. Moving years of photos safely, sorting an account you are locked out of, or setting up a new tablet all take care to do properly. Keep a list of what has piled up, and one visit can often clear a few of them together. We can also show you how to handle the simpler ones next time if you like.
